Yarn:
- Symphonia brand yarn, 100% coton yarn, 3 mm
- Black color yarn
- Red color yarn
- Gold or yellow color yarn
Hook:
- 2.5 mm hook for Symphonia brand yarn
- 3.5 mm hook for the border
Other materials:
- Scissors
- Needle
- Pins
- Tea cup
Steps
Round 1:
Make a slip knot and then 40 chains.
- Make one slip stitch on the first chain.
- Chain 2 up and make 18 single crochet stitches, taking the back loop or the loop that you prefer.
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 until you have 18 single crochet stitches.
Round 2-58:
- Start each round with one chain turn and taking the back loops only.
- Make 18 single crochet stitches, starting in the first point, not in the chain.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you finish the round.
- Repeat rounds 2-58 or depend on the size of your cup. You can change the pattern if it’s a different size.
Finish:
- Make 22 chains.
- Make one slip stitch in the first single crochet on the previous round.
- Cut the yarn, leaving enough yarn to secure and hide.
